At DAMAD By Palak Rewal, we want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

  • The return request is made within 24 hour's of delivery

  • The product is not damaged due to customer misuse

Items showing signs of wear, stains, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must email us at damadbypalak@gmail.com within 24 hours

of receiving the order to request a return.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back within the timeframe mentioned in our return approval email.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • We do not offer refunds. You can exchange the product or choose another product of equivalent value.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items received

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement. 


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items bought on clearance or sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to customer handling


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
